Shipping Policy
We are aware that you are eager to receive a carefully selected design with pleasure, and for this reason we work to make our shipments as quickly as possible. Your orders will be delivered to the cargo company within 1-3 business days, except for reasons beyond our control and 3rd party problems, and you will be notified.
Return & Exchange Policy
For products that will be returned or exchanged within 30 days, we kindly ask you to contact us by providing information via the return/exchange form. We will get back to you as soon as possible and provide detailed support on the subject. Afterwards, the following process will be followed.
In order for us to assist you more quickly with your exchange/return, we would like you to carefully package and deliver the design/designs you ordered to the cargo in the same manner as they were sent to you.
You can send the exchange/return shipment from any ARAS Cargo branch to Bursa-Pilot Industry Branch with the customer number 76000021580 on behalf of DIGITAL VISUAL DEK. PR. BS. VE TN. ML. SAN. TÄ°C. LTD. ÅžTÄ°.
After the cargo reaches us, the inspection process will take place and if there is a positive evaluation, the exchange product will be sent, and if there is a return, your payment will be returned as it was made. In order to speed up this process and help it to have a positive result, we kindly ask you to take the following into consideration;
Careful packaging to avoid damage in cargo,
The product is on the label,
The product must be unused and unwashed,
The product has not suffered any damage from the customer.
